Judith Fiedler brings over 20 years of leadership experience at the intersection of formulation, packaging and regulation, helping brands turn regulatory complexity into innovation and competitive advantage. She is the Founder and Managing Director of oneRD GmbH, a Swiss-based consultancy delivering end-to-end support from concept to compliant, market-ready products. Through oneRD, Judith supports beauty and personal care brands in navigating evolving frameworks such as PPWR, Omnibus and global regulatory requirements, while accelerating development, strengthening sustainability strategies and enabling differentiation on shelf. Her approach bridges R&D, regulatory, packaging and supply chain execution, ensuring compliance becomes a driver, not a barrier, to innovation. In parallel to her consulting work, Judith holds senior industry leadership roles, including Head of R&D at Steinfels Swiss, where she leads innovation pipelines for personal and home care. Previously, she spent more than a decade as Global Head of Product Development at La Prairie, shaping some of the most advanced skincare innovations in the luxury segment. Her work today combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution translating regulation into real-world solutions.
