Evicide® levulinate S eco is a liquid preservative solution for cosmetic formulations based on naturally derived ingredients. The combination of Sodium Levulinate and naturally sourced Potassium Sorbate is particularly suitable for rinse-off products and wet wipes.

The included Potassium Sorbate is derived from cassava. The formulation is COSMOS approved and suitable for certified natural cosmetics.

Due to its good water solubility, Evicide® levulinate S eco can be easily integrated into different formulations. It is especially suitable for surfactant-based products such as shampoos and shower gels. The system can also be used in emulsions and wet wipes.

Recommended use level: 1.5 – 2.0 %
