To accompany the trend towards glamorous packaging, Lifocolor will also be presenting its spectacular hologram effect. Specially coated glitter pigments create an iridescent play of light with enormous visual depth when exposed to direct light.
These effects are approved for food contact in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 and FDA requirements, achieve their effect from a dosage level of just two per cent and can be processed reliably in injection moulding or bottle blow-moulding.
In addition, depending on the desired design concept, Lifocolor also advises on further effect masterbatches such as flip-flop looks, frost effects, authentic gold, granite, sandstone and cork imitations, as well as products with glitter, flakes, pearlescence, fluorescence or phosphorescence.
