The CEO of the British Unilever Group, Hein Schumacher, has resigned as of 1 March. His successor is the former CFO and Executive Director Fernando Fernandez. The Argentinian was previously President of the Beauty & Wellbeing division, one of Unilever's fastest growing business units. The Dutchman Schumacher is leaving by mutual agreement, the company announced. No reasons were given.
