Refill stick for make-up

Quadpack presents sustainable packaging solution for decorative cosmetics

Packaging manufacturer Quadpack has introduced Linea PP Panstick, a new packaging solution for decorative cosmetics that places particular emphasis on sustainability. The refillable stick is aimed at brands that want to combine high-quality design with recyclable materials. The cylindrical stick is made from polypropylene as a single material and can also be produced with a higher proportion of post-consumer recycled material. A snap-lock system makes refilling easy, reducing the environmental impact with each reuse. The Panstick is designed for various make-up formulations such as foundation, blush, highlighter and contouring products.

Manufactured in Germany

According to the company, the new packaging solution combines European manufacturing with international technology. The smooth mechanism without polyoxymethylene (POM), which ensures gentle, controlled gliding, is manufactured by an Asian partner. The cap and sleeve are produced at Quadpack's German production facilities, where assembly and decoration also take place. For European brands, local production means shorter delivery times and a lower carbon footprint. The stick has a capacity of ten grams and is suitable for filling from both the top and the bottom.

Scope for brands

With a cap-to-base ratio of 60 to 40, the Linea PP Panstick is designed to offer a contemporary silhouette that can be flexibly adapted to different brand identities. The minimalist design puts the emphasis on decoration and brand customisation. Quadpack is an international manufacturer and supplier of packaging solutions for beauty brands and contract fillers with locations in Europe, the USA and the Asia-Pacific region. The company has been part of the French group PSB Industries since 2024 and employs 600 people.
