Organic shapes for compact cosmetics
Corpack presents Tottle packaging for versatile applications
Munich-based packaging specialist Corpack has unveiled its "Tottles" packaging series, which combines elements of tubes and bottles. The aim is to combine the flexibility of tubes with the feel of bottles to enable comfortable handling and controlled dispensing. According to the company, the format is characterised by an organic, ergonomic shape that is designed to offer a striking silhouette when presented in brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce. The design is primarily aimed at brands that want to combine functionality with design for everyday use.
Versatile areas of application
According to Corpack, Tottles are designed for a range of cosmetic products, especially those that require easy handling, precise dispensing and a compact format. They are suitable for serums and emulsions, foundations and tinted products, sunscreen formulas, hand creams, and travel and sample sizes. They can also be used for different viscosities, including lotions, gels and light creams. The new format thus addresses both skincare products and decorative segments of the beauty industry.
Monomaterial and post-consumer recycled material
According to the company, the lightweight design of Tottle packaging is material-efficient and contributes to reducing the use of raw materials. It is manufactured from common plastics such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). At the same time, the company is responding to the growing demand for mono-material solutions that enable improved recyclability. In addition, a growing proportion of post-consumer recycled material (PCR) is being used to meet regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
