As part of its expansion strategy, the German Nobilis Group has acquired a majority stake of 65 per cent in TMC Nordic in Copenhagen. The established distributor of international cosmetics brands has been operating in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden for more than 20 years. The founder Heidi Behrens retains 35 per cent of the shares and will continue to manage the operational business of TMC Nordic as CEO in Copenhagen. “The acquisition strengthens our position as one of the leading sales and service centres in the beauty segment,” says Udo Heuser, CEO of the Nobilis Group.
