French active ingredient manufacturer Euroapi will become CDMO of Novéal, part of the L'Oréal group, for four years. Euroapi will develop and industrialise the manufacturing process of innovative cosmetic ingredients as a contract manufacturer, the company said. The agreement encompasses several projects. The first of these will take place at the company's Frankfurt site in Germany with a dedicated line of complex chemistry production.
