The Migros Group is looking for a new owner for Mibelle. This step is part of the corporate strategy adopted in 2021, with which the retail group says it intends to focus on its core business in future. Accordingly, the companies of the internationally active Mibelle Group have little connection to the core business of Migros supermarkets in Switzerland. The cosmetic group's international business now accounts for around 70 per cent of sales. The development opportunities are considered to be greater under a new owner.
