According to its own statements, the GraVo Group has acquired WAREG Verpackungs-GmbH and COOLIKE-Regnery in Bensheim. With this acquisition, the group is expanding its portfolio to include production and development expertise in the areas of wet wipes, sachets, hygiene and disinfection products, as well as specialised packaging solutions. WAREG specialises in contract manufacturing, contract filling and contract packaging for personal care, cosmetics, cleaning and disinfection products, whilst COOLIKE specialises in the manufacture of wet wipes. The companies are set to pool their expertise under the umbrella of the GraVo Group in future and offer customers a broader range of services. The existing sites, areas of expertise, contact persons and customer relationships are to be retained and further developed.
