Following approval under competition law, the Dalli Group has completed the acquisition of the Italian contract manufacturer Farmol. The purchase agreement was signed in July, and Farmol is now part of the German family-owned company based in Stolberg in the Rhineland. The rapidly growing Italian manufacturer currently employs around 1,000 people at six sites in Italy, Hungary, Slovakia and Tunisia, and produces aerosol and liquid products for beauty and personal care, such as deodorants, shaving foams, creams and hair care products. Both companies are to retain their independence and identity, the Dalli Group announced.
