AeroFlexx, the US-based company specialising in sustainable liquid packaging, is set to partner with the long-established German firm Dreiturm. The contract manufacturer is set to market AeroFlexx’s packaging solutions for personal care and household products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and is expected to take over production and filling at the Dreiturm site in Steinau. “With this partnership, we are laying the groundwork to make an innovative, sustainable packaging solution for the DACH market,” explained Jan Rudel, Sales Manager at Dreiturm GmbH. The aim is to adapt to the new requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), which is designed to reduce plastic consumption and packaging waste.
