Forty years after founding the company, its founder is handing it over to her son Alexander Esser
Passing the torch at Pharmos Natur: In the year of the company's 40th anniversary, founder Margot Esser is handing over her natural cosmetics company to her son Alexander. The lawyer, who has known the company, its partners and its holistic cosmetics philosophy since childhood, takes over overall responsibility for the company as a partner and managing director alongside management consultant Marc A. Hees. The handover stands for continuity, long-term thinking and a commitment to further developing the family business for the future, the company announced.
