German cosmetics manufacturer Schwan Cosmetics has unveiled a ‘skip-the-filler’ lifter-liner. The formulation combines encapsulated peptides, hyaluronic acid-filled microbeads and bioactive ceramides. The active ingredients are designed to reduce the depth of wrinkles, increase lip volume, moisturise the lips and improve their contour, the company said. Liplift offers up to 11 hours of wear. The creamy texture with a soft-focus finish ensures fuller lips and a lightweight feel. According to Schwan Cosmetics, the vegan, waterproof formula is free from preservatives, BHT, paraffin, microcrystalline wax, perfluoride, ozokerite and ceresin.

For hydration and lip volume

According to the company, Liplift is based on a three-pillar system and a 2.4 per cent blend of active ingredients. The product combines immediately visible effects with long-term lip care in a hybrid formula. The formula has been developed to deliver fuller, smoother and better-hydrated lips, and is designed to feel comfortable to wear without the need for invasive procedures. Clinical efficacy studies conducted under dermatological supervision have confirmed measurable improvements over time in both hydration and lip volume.
