Estée Lauder appoints René Lammers as Head of Research and Innovation
Former Pepsi manager René Lammers will head up the global research and innovation departments at Estée Lauder from October. As Vice President and Chief Research & Innovation Officer, he will report directly to CEO Stéphane de La Faverie and become a member of the Executive Board. Lammers will be responsible for managing the innovation centres worldwide, expanding collaborations with scientific institutions and overseeing regulatory strategies and new technologies.
