Fair cosmetics for guests
ADA Cosmetics connects small-scale farmers and luxury hotels
Leading hotel cosmetics supplier ADA Cosmetics, based in Kehl, has further developed its range of Fairtrade-certified, high-quality personal care products for the sustainable hospitality industry. The repositioning of Faircosmethics is more than just a design relaunch; it combines the highest quality with ethically responsible sourcing. As a Fairtrade-certified brand, the collection stands for transparency, equality and long-term partnerships under fair conditions. By using certified ingredients such as cane sugar and olive oil, the collection supports smallholders and local producers with fair prices and stable working conditions.
An ethical guest experience
Thanks to the certified supply chain, ethical responsibility becomes part of the guest experience, emphasises ADA Cosmetics. The Fairtrade brand combines ecological and social aspects with high-performance, dermatologically tested formulations. The premium formulations are vegan and designed for daily use in demanding hotel environments. The fresh fragrance combines bergamot, apple and lemon with warm notes of cinnamon, geranium, vanilla and soft woods.
Design embodies values
In addition to the formulations, the design has also been revamped: the minimalist styling and the striking “ETHIC” lettering are intended to highlight the brand’s values. For hotels, the collection also serves as a strategic tool for establishing a sustainable profile. “Faircosmethics proves that responsibility and high quality are not opposites – they complement each other,” says Gerd von Podewils, Chief Marketing Officer at ADA Cosmetics. ADA Cosmetics is a leading manufacturer of cosmetic products and dispenser systems for the hospitality industry, cruise ships and airlines. The company employs 700 staff across 16 locations in Europe, Asia and the USA and, according to its own figures, supplies more than 30,000 customers in 115 countries.
