Consumers are increasingly interested in ingredients and are asking questions when buying high-quality cosmetic products. Pharmacies are seeing a sharp rise in awareness of better sun protection. Particular attention is being paid to quality, compatibility and medical requirements. Pharmacy teams are therefore demanding more transparency regarding the ingredients of cosmetic and care products. Customers particularly want to avoid microplastics, parabens, mineral oils, preservatives and fragrances.
