The British fragrance manufacturer CPL Aromas has taken over the Spanish company Global Fragrances Labs. According to CPL, the move is intended to strengthen its market position and expand its presence in Spain. Global Fragrances Labs was founded in 2010. It develops and manufactures scents for the perfumery, home care, personal care and air freshener sectors.
