Change at the top of the perfume and cosmetics chain Douglas: on 1 March, Nina Pütz takes over as CEO and Senior Vice President of the subsidiary brands Parfumdreams and Niche Beauty. Her predecessor Steven Mattwig is leaving the company's top management after more than six years to take on new challenges outside the company. Pütz has over 20 years of experience in e-commerce and retail and has held management positions at online payment provider Ratepay and online shopping club brands4friends, among others. Steven Mattwig joined Douglas in 2018 and played a key role in the development of the partner programme and the growth of the e-commerce business.
