Beiersdorf invests in start-ups

Second venture capital fund of over 100 million euros for skincare ideas

The Beiersdorf Group has announced plans to expand its venture capital investment in scientific skincare innovations. To this end, the company says it has launched the second generation of a €100 million fund, doubling the volume of the first fund established in 2020. With this capital, the group is investing globally in skin care startups in the fields of life sciences, biotechnology, sustainability, AI, and digital health solutions, with initial investments ranging from €500,000 to €5 million.
