A fusion in colour care

Nele and Corpack combine serum and mascara in sustainable packaging

Franconian cosmetics manufacturer Nele Kosmetik and Munich-based packaging expert Corpack have developed “Pure Circle: Exosomic Lash Hybrid”, a combination of decorative cosmetics, skincare and sustainable packaging. The solution combines serum and mascara in a single application, according to the companies. The innovation, which will be presented at CosmeticBusiness 2026 on 10 and 11 June in Munich, is designed to incorporate current industry trends such as hybridisation, biomimetic active ingredient systems and sustainable packaging into a single product.

Highly concentrated and highly active

In the formula, highly concentrated exosomes and biomimetic liposomes deliver the active ingredients to the hair follicles, where they are designed to boost cell vitality and strengthen the structure of the eyelashes. Keratin also supports the elasticity and resilience of the hair and skin. “The challenge was to combine a highly active ingredient system with the requirements of a premium mascara,” explains Miriam Hempel of Nele Kosmetik. “We achieved this through very precise coordination of all components.”

Clean and sustainable

According to the company, the vegan product is clearly positioned in the clean beauty segment. The recyclable packaging is also made exclusively from polypropylene as a single material and is designed to meet the requirements of the European PPWR, which comes into force on 12 August 2026. The development of the hybrid product required close coordination between those involved regarding formulation, brush geometry, wiper and packaging. The Exosomic Lash Hybrid has been fully developed as a ready-to-buy system and is available immediately. Nele Kosmetik is exhibiting at Stand D02 in Hall 3.
