400 million for new headquarters

Procter & Gamble opens first building at ‘One Campus’ near Frankfurt

Procter & Gamble (P&G) has opened the first newly designed building of its ‘One Campus’ at its headquarters in Schwalbach am Taunus, near Frankfurt. By 2032, the consumer goods group plans to invest around 400 million euros in the expansion and modernisation of the site, where around 2,500 people currently work. In addition, the German Innovation Centre – previously spread across Schwalbach and Kronberg – is to be consolidated and expanded with new buildings for product development. With the ‘One Campus’, P&G aims to bring commercial departments, research and innovation partners closer together and create a modern working environment to attract and retain talent, said Astrid Teckentrup, Chair of the Management Board of Procter & Gamble DACH. The first building has also incorporated sustainability features such as energy-efficient refurbishments, energy-saving building services and cycle parking facilities with green roofs.
