Almond oil is a very well tolerated and versatile oil that is suitable for all skin types. It consists mainly of the mono- and di-unsaturated fatty acids oleic acid and linoleic acid, which promote skin smoothness and strengthen membrane structures. Almond oil is described as soothing, moisturizing and intensely nourishing, and is especially beneficial for dry skin. It is therefore particularly suitable for sensitive baby skin.

From a galenic point of view, almond oil also proves to be unproblematic and versatile, as it can be easily mixed with almost all fatty oils and many other esters and waxes.
