LIFOCOLOR offers granite masterbatches that give polyolefins (PE, PP) and technical polymers (ABS, PMMA, TPE) an authentic granite look. Granite, as one of the hardest natural stones, symbolises strength and stability with a broad colour spectrum ranging from grey to blue, red and black. Fine structures, even grain patterns and lucid shades give granite a delicate and elegant appearance. Glimmer particles enhance its value and luxury effect. Coarse grains and dark colours, on the other hand, enhance its cool and solid appearance. The masterbatches are available in four shades and meet the
approval according to 10/2011 EU and FDA for food contact. They are recommended for common injection moulding and extrusion processes at temperatures up to 280 °C and give products from different sectors a timeless and elegant design. On request and depending on feasibility, the effect can be developed for other polymers.
