Information for educational institutions and students
The Talents Route offers aspiring professionals a unique opportunity to gain direct insights into the cosmetics industry, make valuable contacts and obtain specific information about internships, theses and career opportunities.
This format is not a guided tour, but an individual experience: students find out about the participating exhibitors online in advance and plan their visit themselves by visiting the companies that are relevant to them on site.
Students have the opportunity to get in touch with companies from the following areas:
- Raw material developers and manufacturers
- Laboratories and testing institutes
- Cosmetics manufacturers
- Suppliers of all types of cosmetics packaging
- Suppliers of filling and packaging machines
Depending on the exhibiting company, students can find out about various career opportunities in areas such as product development, product management, purchasing, sales, regulatory issues, quality management and other specialist areas within the industry.
Participation in the Talents Route is free of charge. Students can redeem a promo code in the ticket shop (link to ticket shop) to secure their free ticket.
