Douglas Invests in The Customer’s Shopping Experience

Douglas wants to expand its successful omnichannel model. This is part of the new strategy program that the retail group recently presented. In addition to the goal of increasing sales by more than 30 per cent to around 5 billion euros by 2026, the company says it aims to improve the customer experience and, to this end, modernise and further expand both its store network in Europe and its e-commerce offering. In doing so, the company wants to optimise the entire customer journey within the next three years and ultimately offer the “most customer-friendly omnichannel experience”.
