Production of Fragrances Made Using Carbon-captured Ethanol Has Started
Coty has started the production of fragrances made using carbon-captured ethanol.
According to the beauty company, this step means a world premiere. The production reportedly began at the company’s manufacturing facility in Granollers, Spain in mid-January. The fragrances are said to reach stores in the coming months. Coty says it plans to integrate sustainable ethanol into a majority of its fragrance portfolio by 2023.
