Software company Sea Vision has developed a-Eye Lipstick, a new system for the automatic control of lipsticks during production based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. According to the company, this system automates the quality inspection process of lipsticks, previously largely entrusted to manual human control.

De-Complexing Vision Control Tasks

The core concept behind a-eye lipstick reportedly is to solve a problem, that can can come up with the use of automated inspection with classical machine vision systems. Then, the wide variety of features that distinguish lipsticks - comprising colors, finishes, shapes, formulations, and combinations - makes the inspection process an extremely complex task.

Based on Proprietary Algorithms

The system is said to be based on proprietary algorithms driven by AI. The use of innovative neural, pre-neural and non-neural technologies enables the ideal balance between inspection quality and efficiency during the production process, the tech company states.
