New event for the cosmetics supplying industry in Poland
2016 sees launch of CosmeticBusiness Poland in Warsaw
Poland is one of the most dynamic cosmetics markets in Europe, with annual growth rates, to date, of three percent and a more than 100-year-old tradition of cosmetics production. The new CosmeticBusiness Poland, trade fair of the cosmetics supplying industry, which is to take place jointly with the HPCI CEE Exhibition and Conference Poland, established back in 2008, provides a new platform exclusively for the cosmetics and cleansing products industries, where one can efficiently get new ideas all along the value creation chain (28 and 29 September 2016). As a venue, Warsaw provides a bridge to Central and Eastern Europe for CosmeticBusiness and allows market participants in this region to benefit from the successful German concept of the B2B trade fair.
"The Polish cosmetics market is an important production area for a large number of European cosmetics brands. Nevertheless, Poland's cosmetics industry has so far not been able to find anything resembling its own trade fair, where it could meet with all its suppliers to share experiences and ideas. This is the gap that we are seeking to plug with the development of the new event, CosmeticBusiness Poland," explains Markus Geisenberger, Managing Director of Leipziger Messe.
Next year will be the first year that CosmeticBusiness Poland will take place at the end of September in Warsaw, in addition to the German edition of CosmeticBusiness in Munich (8 and 9 June 2016). Together with the HPCI, Home and Personal Care Ingredients Exhibition and Conference, CosmeticBusiness Poland will showcase an exclusive range of products and services covering the entire value creation chain from raw materials to production and packaging of cosmetics, washing and cleansing products. As well as covering raw materials and packaging, the exhibition includes solutions for labelling and identification marking; machines for manufacturing, filling and packaging; contract manufacturers, private label producers and service providers offering development work, safety assessment and consultancy.
Efficiency of joint trade fairs
2016 will be the sixth time that the SOFW journal, from the stable of the H. Ziolkowsky publishing house for the chemical industry, has organised the HPCI, which was established as long ago as 2008, in Warsaw. "I am certain that, by putting our specialist knowledge and expertise together, the HPCI in terms of raw materials and CosmeticBusiness in terms of manufacturing and packaging, we shall be offering the sector considerable additional value. The addition of the range of products and services at CosmeticBusiness Poland to those on offer at the HPCI in Warsaw will enable us, working together with Leipziger Messe, to exploit the new market potential in Central and Eastern Europe," explains Robert Fischer, Managing Director of the publishing house and organiser of the HPCI
