Currently, the cosmetics industry is characterised by different trends: the increasing importance of natural cosmetics, pharmaceutical brands and travel cosmetics. This is mainly because of the consumers' general attitude. Their new lifestyle is all natural, organic, sustainable and often even vegan.
And this has to be reflected in the packaging. However, the consumer still doesn't want to forgo an attractive and high-quality container. This means a balancing act between being natural and having a high-quality product presentation.
How can brand-name companies manage this balancing act while maintaining their credibility, and what can they expect from a packaging design agency?
