The Fuji tube is built around a 1.2-gram HDPE based flip top cap. The cap incorporates a tamper evident feature which uses molded or slit “bridges” which break at the first opening rather than by use of an additional material. The cap also includes a locking feature so that there is no risk of the cap interfering with the product flow. The cap has a diameter of less than 35mm so can be used on 35, 40 and 50mm tubes. Being HDPE based the cap, together with a HDPE shoulder and extruded or laminate body all create a mono-material tube.
