According to a joint press release of the liquidators of German Fribad Cosmetics Group GmbH and the board of Baden-Baden Cosmetics Group AG (BCG AG) the legally binding declaration of approval has reached the liquidators on May 2010, 28.

"It remained thrilling until the end", the press release stated. “Through its international financing the short-term Latvian ownership made the process very time-consuming.”

With June 2010, 01 purchasing and distribution was now transferred to Baden-Baden Cosmetics Group AG and its subsidiaries COSMÉTIQUE SANS SOUCIS GmbH,  BIODROGA COSMETIC GmbH and FUTURESSE SPA GmbH.

Besides the German market customers are served in 63 countries, including japan and U.S..
